How can I start service with your company?
A: Following contract execution, we typically require 30–45 days to finalize Porters, set up the reporting technology, and order and distribute branded concierge receptacles to all residents.

A: Our service provides ancillary income. You charge the resident a profitable amenity fee (e.g., $40), which significantly exceeds our wholesale cost. This creates a reliable revenue stream that directly boosts your asset’s valuation.
How do you handle residents who are mid-lease and cannot be charged an amenity fee yet?

What type of insurance and liability coverage do you carry?
